Total Body Conditioning

This class will combine personalized weight training, pilates, agility, and cardio. Including great music and fun challenges!

This full body workout combines the elements of ballet, pilates, conditioning and stretching for a truly empowering and fun experience.

Whether you are homeschooled and looking for an activity, in a club such as Boy Scouts/Girl Scouts looking to earn a badge, a group looking for something different and fun to do, a team needing choreography or college students wanting a fun way to burn off extra calories after a night out … WE CAN HELP YOU!
